We are now evaluating Sales professionals for an International Accounts Management opportunity with a Central Nebraska client.

Manages accounts for International Customers. Provides technical knowledge, quotes and account reconciliation. Provides customer service throughout order process to ensure product is entered, produced and delivered as requested.

Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent years of relevant experience.
Experience : 3 to 7 years related experience
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook/Excel/Word); AutoCad, ERP systems, and Internet

Review existing project specifications, and create diagrams to illustrate best set-up, using standard measuring devices and AutoCad.
Quote prices, credit terms, or other bid specifications for individual components or complete grain storage/handling system.
Select the correct products or assist customers in making product selections, based on customers’ needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations.
Understand functionality of Global Industries, Inc. equipment well enough to demonstrate and explain the operation and use to dealers/customers.
Manage financial aspect of accounts by preparing Pro Forma invoices and managing/reconciling the customer accounts.
Assist International Regional Sales Managers in closing sales (post quotations).
Assist International Logistics Manager with documents required for international shipments as needed.
Maintain customer records, using ERP system.
Provide customer service (in coordination with International Regional Sales Managers) to answer customers’ questions about products, prices, availability, or credit terms.
Consult with engineers regarding technical problems with products and provide feedback to design teams so that products can be tailored to customers’ needs.
Complete product and development training as required.
Other duties as assigned.
