We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team!
This is a great opportunity for a dynamic Sales Manager with a premier employer in Central Nebraska. The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading sales teams, is highly motivated with a hands-on management style, and has a basic knowledge of Agriculture.
As the Sales Manager, you will:
• Develop sales strategies to guide and manager all sales related activities to achieve the Division’s revenue goals and sales objectives.
• Embody company culture and maintain high sales employee engagement.
• Expand upon domestic sales organization with a focus increasing profits, revenue, market share and end user satisfaction.
• Be responsible for leading, motivating and coaching a staff of Territory Managers, Product Managers and Sales/Support employees.
• Work closely with Marketing to create, implement, and track successful marketing campaigns that maximize visibility.
Who we are looking for:
You have a driven mindset for sales, paired with some knowledge in the Agricultural field to best help guide and motivate the sales team.
You are highly energetic and can communicate and inspire your team.
You have a valid Driver’s License, and clean MVR check.
You have BS in Business, Marketing or related field OR three to five years of related experience or equivalent combination.
