We are looking for Assistant Manager of Customer Financial Services to join our team!
This is a great opportunity for a hands-on, detail-oriented manager within a premier employer in Central Nebraska. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker, has experience in providing exceptional customer service and has a background in management with the ability to inspire a team.

As an Assistant Manager of Customer Financial Services you will:
 Assist in maintaining control systems for order approval and assignment of terms for all customers.
 Be responsible for collecting and logging sales tax certificates.
 Address ongoing customer complaints concerning billings, credits or deductions.
 Obtain and maintain adequate information concerning customers related to the assignment of proper lines of credit, including running credit inquires.
 Place direct phone calls and E-mails to customers that are past due.
 Work closely with customer and sales in regards to credit matters.
 Prepare paperwork for collection agencies.
 Assist accounting personnel to resolve all cash reconciliation issues.

Who we are looking for:
 You have excellent people skills and can communicate with and manage your team.
 You have a desire to provide fair and friendly customer service.
 You have attention to detail and knowledge of financial records and reporting.
 You have an AA degree AND at least eight years of experience performing customer financial service functions. Preference will be given to candidates with Bachelor’s degree in Business. Must have Management experience.
