Customer Excellence Representative

We are looking for a Customer Excellence Representative to join our team!
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, organized Customer Excellence Representative with a small yet stable agency in Grand Island. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, has knowledge of social media marketing and customer service, and has exceptional communication skills.
As the Customer Excellent Representative, you will:
• Provide a daily presence in a busy office; greet walk-in customers and answer phones.
• Be the “go-to” person for marketing on social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and be responsible for customer recognition through birthday, sympathy, get-well and thank you cards and phone calls.
• Review and make changes in existing applications as needed.
• Build and foster positive relationships with clients and customers.
Who we are looking for:
• You have experience in all aspects of customer service within an office environment.
• You have excellent customer service and communication skills. You must be the type of person who takes pride in organization and accuracy of work.
• You have the desire to help others and be part of a team, though you will work independently.
• You have strong computer software skills. Experience with Excel, Word, etc.
• You have at least 2 years related experience. Secondary education is preferred. Bi-lingual would be a plus, but not required.
