NEW FINANCIAL ASSISTANT OPPORTUNITY! – MUST BE BILINGUAL
Your Role within the Company: You will be responsible for providing administrative and sales support for the Financial Advisor.
Job Duties / Responsibilities:
Provides assistance in the day-to-day processing of client paperwork and transaction processing. This includes checking paperwork for completeness and accuracy and opening client accounts.
Maintains and assists with Financial Advisor’s schedule by setting up appointments for current and potential clients.
Organizes and maintains required compliance files, keeps prospectuses and paperwork up to date.
Researches information, resolves any outstanding client, transaction or paperwork issues.
Receives and screens telephone calls, mail and visitors, routes callers, takes messages and answers questions.
Provides any other assistance the Financial Consultant or Regional Manager may require.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Preferred / Willing to obtain within first year: Life & Health, Series 6, Series 63
Proficient in Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel and Outlook
Must be bilingual with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Planning, scheduling, organizational skills and problem solving skills
Must also have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
Work requires continual attention to detail in such things as composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
Excellent initiative, ability to learn quickly and work independently
