New Company is hiring an Office Assistant with the potential for Office Manager! This is a great opportunity to be on the ground floor of a growing, professional business.
Manage all correspondence and client-related materials.
Input and manage client records in electronic database.
Ensure that all paperwork is prepared, distributed, and tracked until complete.
Assist the manager in budget and daily duties and ensure all staff-related issues are covered and communicated.
Attend weekly meetings to distribute new or changing information.
Attend monthly seminars (some out of town travel)
Work with internal and external partners to facilitate documentation and transactions.
Assist clients with account issues, maintain current files and records and monitor compliance issues.
Organized, detailed, discrete, excellent customer service, strong communication (verbal/written), energetic, motivated, self-initiated, productive, able to complete projects, decisive, willing to learn, great follow-up, flexible, and adaptive.
