The Plant Manager is responsible for planning and coordination of all plant operations involving manufacturing engineering, personnel, procurement, scheduling, production, quality control, shipping, transportation, finance, and regulatory in manufacturing medical devise products.


Define the roles and responsibilities of all staff managers that report to this position.
Advise, coach and lead the entire plant.Monitor operations for conformance to financial objectives; adjust accordingly when needed.
Establish and maintain relationships with plant labor force to prevent or resolve problems and maintain a management represented workplace.
Submit annual operating budget as required.
Review and approve major expense purchases and capital expenditures per corporate policy.
Establish and drive strategic vision.

Understand and abide by the plant EHS Policy
Understand and abide by the plant EHS Cardinal Rules
Follow all the standards, policies and procedures outlined in the EHS Program
Complete/Attend all EHS training sessions
Wear and/or use all required personal protective equipment while working
Immediately report hazardous conditions or environmental risks to your supervisor in order for the supervisor to ensure appropriate corrective action is implemented
Immediately report any job-related injury or illness to your supervisor, plant nurse, EHS department, HR or any member of management

Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required in Business, Engineering or a related field with emphasis in management
Experience: 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing or related field. Management experience (either Production, Engineering, Quality, etc.)
