RETAIL STORE MANAGER – Relocation to Oklahoma

WANTED: Highly motivated retail store managers!
• 3+ years retail “box” management experience with a known retailer specializing in hard lines AND soft lines. Must have HANDS-ON experience with both hard and soft lines!
• HR responsibilities (15 TO 25 total staff in a minimal staffing model), store financials, and a proven track record to DRIVE SALES!
• Must have a GENUINE PASSION FOR RETAIL as well as motivating, training, and coaching employees!
• Of course, SUPERIOR customer service skills are required along with merchandising and pride in employee and store appearance!
HANDS-ON MANAGERS ONLY! Clip board managers need not apply! If you are experienced in performing EVERY function in retail. . . THIS may be the opportunity for you!
