We are evaluating candidates with 3+ years experience holding the title of Store Manager, with Hardlines AND Softlines experience, and willingness to relocate.

o Problem Solving
o Managing P&L

Expectations:
o Work side-by-side to manage an organized, clean and well-structured environment for your customers and associates
o Recruit, interview, hire, train and coach a store team of 15-25 members
o Optimize your profit and loss statement to reach your bonus potential
o Maintain the company standards and productivity of every aspect of your store
o Delegate and perform merchandising, operational and human resources functions
o Perform leadership responsibilities including responding to customer and associate concerns, as well as securing the store
o Willingness to relocate

Requirements:
o 3+ years retail management experience in hard and soft lines
o Ability to train and motivate store associates
o Exceptional retail sales and merchandising experience
o Unparalleled standards for customer service, store appearance and associate development
o A genuine passion for the retail industry
o RELOCATION (assistance provided)

Apparel (Men’s, Women’s, and Children’s), Automotive, Food (Candy and Snacks), Domestics, Electronics (Video and Audio), Furniture, Gifts, Hardware, HBA, Housewares, Jewelry, Seasonal, Pet Supplies, Shoes, Sporting Goods, Stationary, and Toys.
