Now hiring a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Service Manager!

Will be responsible to manage day to day service operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain Service Dept. processes to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and departmental profitability.
Review all work orders for accuracy; process warranties to ensure cost and billing accountability.
Maintain the appearance and maintenance of all Service Dept. assets; paying attention to safety.
Monitor Technician performance and production to ensure they obtain their monthly goals.
Responsible for hiring, developing and retaining of technical personnel.

We are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of service management experience and 6+ years diesel repair in heavy machinery. Must promote teamwork, quality, productivity, and safety as well as excellent customer service!

DESIRED:
Ability to motivate individuals as well as a group.
Understand Standard Job Pricing and Commission base compensation.
Recommend financial principles related to overall Service Department Operations.
