Now hiring: Experienced Store Manager with General Merchandise experience (in both hard and soft lines)!
Store Manager Responsibilities:
Build revenues and sales through promotions, merchandising, and customer service.
Champion exceptional customer service experiences.
Develop and motivate cross-functional teams through recruitment and training.
Represent your company, within the community, with pride.
Promote company policies and procedures.
Lead standards, productivity and performance, by example, as a hands-on Store manager.
Store Manager Requirements:
At least 3 years of Store Manager experience in retail operations, merchandising, human resources, shrink and inventory management as well as customer service.
Experience managing a variety of merchandise (hard and soft lines)
Proven track record to improve areas affecting retail store P&L.
Experience managing and building teams of 5-25.
Solid work tenures with progressive growth in retail.
