We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team!
This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, organized Office Manager with a small yet stable company in Grand Island. The ideal candidate will be an independent worker, has knowledge of basic accounting and customer service, and has exceptional communication skills.
As the Office Manager, you will:
Provide a daily presence in the office; greet walk-in customers and answer phones.
Attend to all accounting needs, such as accounts receivable/payable, invoicing, and balancing accounts.
Coordinate maintenance schedules, and track progress of work done.
Provide on-going project status updates with all parties throughout design and construction.
Build and foster positive relationships with clients and customers.
Who we are looking for:
You have experience in all aspects of office management.
You have excellent customer service and communication skills. You must be the type of person who takes pride in organization and accuracy of work.
You have the desire to help others and be part of a team, though you will work independently.
You have strong computer software skills. Experience with Excel, Word, etc.
You have at least 2 years related experience. Secondary education is preferred. Bi-lingual would be a plus, but not required.
