Job Responsibilities
As an Outside Sales Representative you are responsible for enhancing business relationships with an existing customer base and developing connections with new customers within your territory to drive sales and profitability. You will maintain client profiles, pursuing potential growth opportunities and marketing new and used products.

Other responsibilities of the Outside Sales position include:
• Documenting and following up on all related sales activities
• Presenting a positive and professional image
• Conducting field demonstrations, clinics, seminars and participating in trade shows
• Participating in appropriate training opportunities to enhance equipment expertise and sales performance
• Following all safety rules and regulations in performing work duties
• Maintaining technical and product knowledge
• Completing competency assessments as required
• Scheduling pickup and delivery of equipment

Qualified candidates of the Outside Sales Representative role should have 2+ years of sales and marketing experience, ideally within the AG or heavy duty construction retail industry or experience selling high value equipment. You must have an understanding of market conditions, keen attention to detail and a high level of self-enterprise. Your decision making, persuasiveness and problem solving skills will be paramount to your success.
