We are looking for a Construction Project Manager to join our team!
This is an exciting opportunity to work with an award winning leader in the energy efficiency and renewable energy solutions field! The ideal candidate will be a driven multi-tasker, has experience in the energy industry and has a team-oriented mindset.

As the Project Manager, you will:
 Provide daily administrative and technical on-site management of construction projects, with a specific focus on energy savings for public, institutional, government and other commercial properties.
 Work closely with the Engineering and Construction team in product design and development.
 Coordinate with vendors and subs to ensure competitive costs, schedules, deliveries, installations and all other details related to construction.
 Provide on-going project status updates with all parties throughout design and construction.
 Manage product expenditures and job cost accounting processes.
 Build and foster positive and effective business relationships at all levels and project phases.

Who we are looking for:
 You have experience with direct digital energy controls systems, variable frequency drives, chiller and boilers, lighting, and renewable energy technology.
 You have proved experience with OSHA safety standards, mechanical and electrical systems development, engineering, and project management regulations, practices and codes.
 You have excellent people skills and can communicate within a team.
 You have strong computer software skills. Experience with Excel, Word, Project, AutoCAD
 You have at least 4 years electrical, mechanical, or industrial power construction project management experience, focusing on complex facility infrastructure construction renovation, retrofits and upgrades. Completion or progress towards Engineering or industry related education is preferred.
